ECBL: Spring Creek pounds 22 hits in mercy-rule road win

KINSTON -- Kaden Geelen delivered a four-hit outing as Spring Creek pounded out a 19-0, mercy-rule decision over Eastern Carolina Baseball League foe Arendell-Parrott Academy on Thursday.
Levi Miller, Will Rouse and Spenser Jamison added three hits apiece.
The Gators had 22 hits as a team.
Rouse surrendered three hits, walked one and fanned seven Parrott batters to record the complete-game win on the mound.
Spring Creek (4-3 overall) is the guest of North Lenoir Green on Monday. First pitch is 5 p.m. at Alphin Field on the NLHS campus.
