Halifax defeats Wayne Country Day

Wayne Country Day didn't have the pitching to contain Halifax Academy on Tuesday evening in a 14-4 loss.
The Chargers used four pitchers and all 14 runs for Halifax were earned.
Patrick Hall led the offense for WCDS with two hits and two RBI. Amane Godo drove in two runs with a hit. Mitch Turnage also had a base knock for the Chargers.
Wayne Country Day (8-8 overall) plays host to Trinity of Fayetteville on Thursday.
