Aycock serves up 6-0 win over Eastern Wayne

PIKEVILLE -- Charles B. Aycock swept the singles courts and handed county archrival Eastern Wayne a 6-0 defeat in Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference play Wednesday afternoon.
The Golden Falcons received singles points from Chas Hooks, Stanton Head, Nick Coston, Broc Painter, Matt Hare and Blake Stephens. Hooks, Painter and Stephens each won a third-set tiebreaker.
The teams did not play doubles.
