Atkins has double-double in Goldsboro's road win

La GRANGE -- Nakia Atkins scored a season-high 21 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and Goldsboro routed Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference foe North Lenoir, 92-61, at Wooten Gym on Tuesday evening.
Myron Carmon and Rasheen Artis each scored 14 points. Carmon and D'Onte Russell each had four steals.
The Cougars had 12 players to scratch in the scoring column.
Goldsboro (19-3 overall, 7-2 ECC) visits Greene Central on Friday.
