Dakin leads Neuse Charter past Princeton girls

PRINCETON -- Freshman Emily Ricks' 12 points and seven rebounds weren't enough to get Princeton past Neuse Charter on Tuesday, as the Bulldogs fell 57-52 on the Carolina 1-A Conference scene.
Jordan Benson had 10 points and Charley Cox had nine. Chelsea Hawley and Presley Whitley each added eight points.
Dominique Dakin scored 29 points for Neuse Charter.
Princeton (5-11 overall, 3-6 CC) plays host to Spring Creek on Thursday.
