GIRLS -- Marriner leads SC past North Duplin

CALYPSO -- Ashley Marinner pumped in a game- and team-best 17 points in Spring Creek's 39-21 triumph over North Duplin in Carolina 1-A Conference play Friday.
Rylee Pate scored nine points for the Rebels.
The Gators (3-12 overall, 1-4 CC) visit James Kenan on Wednesday, while the Rebels (0-12, 0-6) entertain Princeton.
