WCDS boys finish 1-2 at Greenfield

Wayne Country Day finished 1-2 in the Greenfield Christmas Tournament.
After dropping the first two games by a combined 54 points, Wayne Country Day responded with a 69-60 win over Neuse Christian on Saturday.
Four players finished in double figures, led by Victor Miller with 15 points. Jamal Forde finished with 14, Joel Davis scored 12 points and Shahim Muhammed chipped in 10 points.
"We played relatively well considering how physical the last two games were," WCDS coach David Flowers said.
Miller added seven rebounds and Davis grabbed six rebounds and dished out six assists.
