Elite Stars cheerleading teams compete

RALEIGH -- Goldsboro Elite Athletics, home to the Carolina Elite Stars cheerleading teams, took three squads to the highly-competitive Cheersport Raleigh Grand Championships.
Super Sonic, a Senior 3 level team, claimed first place.
Starlite (Junior level 3) finished runner-up, while Cosmic Rays (Junior level 2) earned third place. The Little Dippers team made their exhibition debut the same day.
