CBA completes regular-season tennis sweep of Saints

DUDLEY -- Charles B. Aycock shut out Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference foe Southern Wayne, 9-0, on Tuesday evening.
Ashton Walker, Casie Belom, Kassidy Pitchford, Sabrina Johnson, Emmie Collins and Meredith Jones each won in singles for the Golden Falcons. Walker-Pitchford, Johnson-Collins and Jones-Haley Creech completed the regular-season sweep of the Saints in doubles.
The Golden Falcons (10-1 overall, 8-0 ECC) visit J.H. Rose on Thursday.
