WCDS stays unbeaten in girls' tennis

Wayne Country Day won every match except for No. 3 doubles during an 8-1, non-conference conquest of Kerr-Vance Academy on Tuesday afternoon..
Gianna Democko and Jennifer Pott played nearly flawless tennis the Nos. 1 and 2 seeds, respectively. They combined to lose just one game.
Taylor and Ally Willman, Eliza Eagles and Taylor Gumbish each won their singles matches. Democko-Taylor Willman earned an 8-0 shutout at No. 1 doubles. Potts-Ally Willman won 8-1 at No. 2 doubles.
Wayne Country Day (5-0 overall) entertains Oakwood on Thursday.
