ECBL: CBA White shuts out Spring Creek

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Charles B. Aycock White cranked out 18 hits in a 16-0 mercy-rule triumph over Spring Creek on Thursday evening.
Chandler Matthews led the team with three hits and an RBI.
Joey Hampton (two RBI), Caleb Matthews (two RBI), Nick Aycock, Ty Daniels (two RBI), Trey Jordan and Bradley Pate (RBI) each had two hits apiece for the Golden Falcons.
Chris Turner drove in three runs and Jordan Gay drove in two.
Jordan got the win on the mound in three innings of work. Chandler Matthews threw two innings of relief and struck out six.
CBA White travels to North Duplin today.
