Mooring has 16Ks in Rams' 10-inning victory

Austin Mooring threw all 10 innings on the bump as Greene Central defeated Eastern Carolina 2-A foe Ayden-Grifton 2-1 in 10 innings Wednesday evening.
Mooring recorded 16 strikeouts and allowed one unearned run on four hits.
Bryce Norman led the Rams' offensive attack with 2 hits. Bailey Ormond added a hit and an RBI.
Greene Central (4-11 overall, 2-3 ECC) continues play Saturday at North Pitt.
