Saints' Brogden fires two-hitter against Bulldogs

Southern Wayne freshman Haley Brogden threw a complete-game seven-hitter during a 2-1, non-conference triumph over Princeton on Monday afternoon.
Brogden added two hits and an RBI in the win. Kelsey Hayes had four hits and a double, and Morgan Best had the other RBI for the Saints.
Charley Cox had two doubles for Princeton in the loss. Tori Paul registered a hit and the lone RBI for the Bulldogs.
Southern Wayne (5-5 overall) travels to Eastern Wayne today, while Princeton (6-4) visits Lakewood.
