WCDS tennis doubles up Rosewood

Wayne Country Day remained unbeaten in three outings this season with a 6-3, non-conference win over county foe Rosewood.
Sam Dively, Miller Gerrard, Preston Edwards and Hunter Hawkins each earned a singles point for the Chargers. The tandems of Michael Knutson-Gerrard and Dively-Edwards secured the outcome in doubles.
Dylan Cuddington and Jake Smith each prevailed in singles for the Eagles. Teammates Sam Drew-Smith picked up a win at No. 3 doubles.
Weather permitting, WCDS visits North Raleigh Christian today.
