Braswell homers in Princeton victory

PRINCETON -- Beth Braswell mashed a two-RBI home run during Princeton's 19-0, mercy-rule romp over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Hobbton on Friday afternoon.
Officials halted the game after 21/2 innings.
Charley Cox, Hailey Wood and Taylor Carroll each had three hits.
Hailey Wood held the Wildcats hitless and posted eight strikeouts inside the pitcher's circle.
The Bulldogs (4-2 overall, 3-0 CC) are the guests of Spring Creek on Monday.
