Golden Falcons net first tennis win of 2014

WILSON -- C.B. Aycock halted a three-match skid with a 6-3, non-conference triumph over Greenfield on the Barton College Tennis Complex courts Tuesday afternoon.
Addison Vail, Charles Hooks, Allan Best and Stanton Head each captured a straight-set victory in singles for the Golden Falcons. Head needed a second-set tiebreaker to secure his match at No. 5 singles.
Hooks-Jackson Yelverton and Vail-Best each prevailed in doubles.
Aycock (1-3 overall) is the guest of archrival Eastern Wayne today.
