Moses scores 19, Goldsboro girls prevail on road

SNOW HILL -- Sophomore Tyona Moses dumped in a team-leading 19 points and Goldsboro handed Greene Central a 60-42 loss in Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference play Wednesday evening.
Destini Covington added 12 points for the Cougars.
The Rams' Bria Payton dropped in a game-high 21 points.
Goldsboro (7-11 overall, 4-2 ECC) visits Ayden-Grifton on Friday and is the guest of South Lenoir on Saturday.
