Goldsboro Heat defeats Wayne Christian in boys' hoops

The Goldsboro Heat turned in a solid defensive effort and defeated Wayne Christian on Monday night.
Kanin Preskit led the Eagles with 16 points. Tanner Rose added nine points and Austin Howell finished with seven.
Wayne Christian (1-6 overall) will travel to Cape Fear Christian on Thursday.
