James Kenan slips past North Duplin

WARSAW -- North Duplin let the two sets slip away in a 25-13, 20-25, 22-25, 25-18, 25-9 loss against James Kenan on Thursday evening.
Chesney Brown led the Rebels with 25 kills, six aces and four blocks. Mary Barwick had six kills and six aces. Elizabeth Thornton added eight kills. Shaily McCarty provided five kills and four blocks.
North Duplin (4-11 overall, 4-9 CC) plays host to Rosewood on Thursday.
