Princeton grabs share of 3rd straight Carolina 1A volleyball title

CALYPSO -- Princeton clinched a share of its third consecutive Carolina 1-A Conference regular-season championship with a 25-8, 25-4, 25-16 triumph over North Duplin on Thursday evening.
Savanna Massengill led the Bulldogs with 13 kills. Kasey Edwards provided seven kills. Jasmine Bombard and Tori Paul each contributed five kills and five aces.
Jenna Woodard added eight digs.
Princeton (17-1 overall, 12-0 CC) entertains Neuse Charter on Tuesday.
