Eagles fall in CCC volleyball road match

SANFORD -- Outside hitter Emily Wells posted two kills during Wayne Christian's 25-14, 25-7, 25-22 loss to Lee Christian in the Carolina Christian 1-A Conference regular-season finale.
Hannah Sladick and Mercy Wright had one block each for the Eagles.
Wayne Christian (1-13 overall) entertains Freedom Christian on Tuesday.
