* 10-Under: C.B. Aycock 45, Grantham 7 -- Hunter Theriac rushed one touchdown and passed for another during the Little Falcons' victory at Hardy Talton Stadium on Wednesday evening. Quinn Acree tallied two touchdowns. Chris Crow, Turner Bass, SJ Harris and Clay Matthews supplied one TD apiece. Matthews and Harrison Hansen emerged the defensive leaders. C.B. Aycock (2-0 overall) travels to North Duplin next Tuesday.
* 12-Under: C.B. Aycock 40, Grantham 13 -- Quinn Caballero rushed for 155 yards and two touchdowns for the Little Falcons, who remained unbeaten in two outings this season. Xavier Eutsey added 134 yards on the ground and two TDs, while Tyler Hughes supplied 128 yards and converted three PATs. Rowan Watt scored one touchdown. Hughes paced the defense with five tackles, a fumble recovery and quarterback sack. Watt supplied five stops, while Caballero and Devajhea Applewhite posted four tackles apiece. Omar Tucker and Phillip Teachey combined to recover three fumbles. Aycock visits North Duplin next Tuesday.
