Eovine logs hat trick in Cougars' home win

Goldsboro had no trouble dispatching former Carolina 1-A Conference rival Princeton on Wednesday night.
Mickey Eovine paced the Cougars with his first-ever hat trick (three goals). Damon Pate added two goals. Rubin Quiroz, Gabe Spivey, Aaron Seate and Jeffery Martinez each added one goal.
Goldsboro (2-8-0 overall) opens Eastern Carolina 2-A play Sept. 25 at Kinston.
