* Volleyball: Midway d. Rosewood 25-20, 25-21 -- Hannah Daniels led Rosewood with five kills. Ada Rivera added two aces and three assists. Rosewood (7-5 overall) entertains North Duplin today.
Middle schools
* Volleyball: Rosewood d. Spring Creek 13-25, 25-9, 25-13, 25-20 -- Alaysha Warren led Rosewood with 12 aces and two kills. The Eagles (3-0 overall) visit Eastern Wayne on Thursday.
