Morgan delivers 21 kills in four-set win over E. Wayne

Rosewood overcame a third-set lapse and held off county foe Eastern Wayne 25-11, 25-20, 23-25, 26-24 on Monday night.
Ellen Morgan paced Rosewood with 21 kills and five assists. Anna Ingram dished out 25 assists. Callie Thornton finished with eight digs. Lexi Mercer finished with a team-high four blocks.
Rosewood (9-1 overall) travels to Spring Creek today for a pivotal Carolina 1-A Conference matchup.
