Goldsboro spikers knock off Hobbton ... again

Goldsboro defeated Hobbton for the second time this week with a 25-17, 22-25, 25-11, 25-8 victory on Thursday evening.
The Cougars' Alexus Davis finished with 10 kills and 10 aces. Bailee Ellis contributed 17 assists and five aces. Nickie Tyler had five kills and Becka Pittard added six aces.
Goldsboro has recorded 54 aces in two matches against the Wildcats this week.
The Cougars (2-0 overall) travel to Wilson Fike on Monday.
