ECBL: Aycock White, Hunt split doubleheader

WILSON -- C.B. Aycock White and Hunt split an Eastern Carolina Baseball League doubleheader on Thursday evening.
The Warriors claimed the opener 1-0, while the Golden Falcons prevailed in game two 5-1.
Brandon Palmer led Aycock White with two hits in game one. Bryce Anders, Braxton Leeper and Kyle Davis both provided a hit.
Davis endured the loss on the mound.
Palmer and Anders both finished with two hits in game two. Davis and Chandler Gentry each provided a hit and an RBI. Anders pitched all five innings and allowed an earned run on four hits with three strikeouts and two walks to record the win.
The Golden Falcons (10-2 overall) play host to North Lenoir on Monday.
