MOUNT OLIVE -- First-time NCAA tournament participant Coker (S.C.) College earned a lucky break during its second-round Southeast Regional game on Friday evening.

Shea Bell walked with the bases loaded in the 10th inning to give the Cobras a 2-1 victory over USC Aiken.

Pacers starter Derek Beasley (9-2) yielded a lead-off double to Fico Kondla in the 10th. USCA closer Taylor Grover, who pitched one inning of relief in an opening-round win over Peach Belt foe Georgia College, issued a walk and hit a batter to load the bases.

Bell drew the RBI walk-off walk to keep the Cobras perfect in regional play.

Coker (36-14) broke a scoreless tie in the bottom of the fourth on Kondla's two-out RBI single, but USC Aiken center fielder Bryce Baur prevented two additional runs in the inning. Baur gunned down T.J. Giczkowski at the plate for the final out after trying to score from second on Kondla's hit.

Earlier in the inning, Baur's throw to the plate on Giczkowski's single got Brinley Griffin caught in a rundown between third and home.

USC Aiken tied the game in the top of the sixth as Josh Miller led off with a double off the wall in left-center field and advanced to third on a groundout. Bill Gerstenslager drove in Miller with a single through the left side.

The Pacers faced Georgia College in an elimination game Saturday afternoon.

Georgia College 12,

Lincoln Memorial (Tenn.) 0

John Clark tossed eight shutout innings and Steve Hazel swatted a three-run home run to help Georgia College oust Lincoln Memorial, 12-0, from the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional on Friday.

LMU ended the year 26-26 overall.

Clark (6-1) fanned five Railsplitters, walked two and scattered three hits -- all doubles. He threw a perfect fourth, seventh and eighth innings.

The Bobcats broke a scoreless tie in the bottom of the third inning on Clay Arbeeser's RBI single. Hazel's home run bounced off the scoreboard in right-center field.

Georgia College collected three fourth-inning runs. Ikaika Anderson contributed RBI singles in the fifth and sixth innings.

On the day, the Bobcats tagged LMU pitcher for 17 total hits.

Georgia College 9, USC Aiken 2

Matt Lamothe went eight innings and Ikaika Anderson's two-run single capped a game-breaking four-run seventh inning as No. 5 seed Georgia College defeated No. 2 seed USC Aiken 9-2 in an elimination game in the Southeast Regional of the 2013 NCAA Division II Baseball Championship on Saturday.

Georgia College won its second consecutive elimination game and improved to 35-18 overall.

Georgia College took a one-run lead into the top of the seventh when Daniel Bick and Clay Ardeeser led off with back-to-back singles, and Bick scored on Steve Hazel's single to give the Bobcats a 4-2 lead. Mikee Moore singled in another run and after Georgia College loaded the bases for the second time in the inning, Anderson singled down the left field line to extend the Bobcats' lead to 7-2. Anderson added an RBI-double in a two-run ninth inning.

Lamothe (9-4) benefited from double plays in each of the first three innings to keep USC Aiken scoreless before the Pacers used the long ball to get in the scoring column in the fourth. Bill Gerstenslager kept the inning alive with a two-out single and Ty Barkell followed with a home run over the left field fence to pull the Pacers within 3-2. The home run was Barkell's 10th of the season.

USC Aiken starter Wyatt Brown (6-5) was charged with the loss.
