Eastern Wayne cranks out 15-1 non-conference win

Eastern Wayne got its offense on track early and never looked back in a 15-1, non-conference win over Goldsboro on Monday afternoon.
Allyson Newsome delivered a pair of doubles and finished with seven RBI for the Warriors. Amanda Hall added three hits. Diamond Parks tallied two hits. Taylor Jackson and Brooke Morawski each added two RBI in the win.
Starla Strickland earned the victory in the pitcher's circle.
Eastern Wayne (2-14 overall) plays host to Triton tonight.
