Adams, Stone share medalist honors at SWCC

DUDLEY -- Cleveland out-dueled the competition in a five-team non-conference meet at Southern Wayne Country Club on Thursday afternoon.
The Rams compiled a team score of 332, while Rosewood finished second at 349. Southern Wayne took third with a 365, followed by Goldsboro (367) and Spring Creek (397).
Rosewood's Nick Adams and Spring Creek's Kyle Stone shared medalist honors with a 74. Jared Lisec paced the Rams with a score of 80, while the Eagles' Andrew Henn carded an 86.
Timmy Stroud tallied the Saints' lowest score at 82.
Goldsboro's Carlin Thomas shot a team-low 80 and Matt Hall recorded an 84. Spring Creek's Justin Price shot 101.
