Spring Creek fares well in Carolina 1-A track meet

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Spring Creek placed second in both the boys' and girls' portions of a Carolina 1-A Conference three-team meet on Thursday afternoon.
Goldsboro won both the boys' and girls' meets and North Duplin finished third in both.
The Gators' Carlos Osorio won both the shot put and the discus. Anthony Russo prevailed in the long jump and Terrell Johnson finished first in the 110-meter hurdles.
Spring Creek's Cassidy Goff won the 100-meter hurdles and the long jump. Alyssa Borja was victorious in the 400 meters.
