DUDLEY -- Charles B. Aycock swept the singles and doubles courts, and captured a 9-0 victory over Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference foe Southern Wayne on Monday afternoon.
Will Hoff, Addison Vail, Chas Hooks, Jackson Yelverton, Stanton Head and Austin Coerver each triumphed in singles play. Hoff-Vail, Hooks-Yelverton and Coerver-Austin Westbrook accounted for the doubles points.
"This was our most complete match of the year," CBA head coach Luke Vail said. "We are continuing to improve in both singles and doubles. I was pleased to see our players come out and play with intensity and determination after two tough losses last week."
Aycock (3-4 overall, 3-2 ECC) visits North Lenoir on March 25.
