Mitchell leads Aycock in golf match

Charles B. Aycock fired a 332 team score and claimed first place in a tri-meet with Rosewood and Goldsboro at Lane Tree Golf Club on Wednesday afternoon.
Dylan Mitchell led the Golden Falcons with a round of 78. Josh Wheeler carded an 80, Battle Burnette shot 82 and Mitchell Langston fired a 90.
Rosewood's Nick Adams earned medalist honors with a round of 77.
Carlin Thomas paced Goldsboro with a round of 85.
