* Soccer: Faith Christian of Rocky Mount 2, Wayne Country Day 0 -- Sarah Porter scored both of the goals for Faith of Rocky Mount.
* Baseball: Wayne Christian 7, Village Christian 6 -- The Eagles' Tanner Rose delivered the game-winning, walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning. Holden Foster scored on the hit. Austen Howell tossed three shutout innings and struck out five. Rose, Foster and Hunter Burt provided two hits apiece. The Eagles play host to county archrival Wayne Country Day on Tuesday.
