Goldsboro girls cruise past Spring Creek

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Goldsboro opened-up a double-digit lead in the first quarter and rolled past Spring Creek 64-29 in Carolina 1-A Conference basketball action on Monday night.
The Cougars improved to 6-0 in conference play.
Tyona Moses led the Goldsboro offense with 24 points. Talaya Lassiter added 18 points in the win.
Alyssa Borja paced the Gators with 12 points. Amber Buchan added 11 points.
Spring Creek entertains Ayden-Grifton tonight, while Goldsboro visits Rosewood.
