JV football: Goldsboro 33, Princeton 6

Goldsboro completed its season with a 33-6 win over Princeton on Thursday night.
Cougars' quarterback Daktavius Wheeler completed six passes for 85 yards and tossed a touchdown pass to Eric Bufkin. Taylin Davis contributed 135 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just seven carries. Joshua Wootson added 60 yards and a score on the ground. Isiah Core also had a rushing touchdown.
Deontay Mickens led the defense with eight tackles and a fumble recovery. Core supplied seven stops and a fumble recovery. Sterling Dodson also had seven tackles.
