Chargers drop non-league road match in volleyball

GREENVILLE -- Wayne Country Day endured a 25-14, 25-19, 25-18 loss on Tuesday evening at Pope John Paul.
Sarah Crooks paced the Chargers with eight kills, six digs and two aces. Bailee Creger supplied six kills and three aces. Hannah Pearson finished with eight kills and Jessica Zhou distributed 17 assists.
Wayne Country Day (7-7 overall) travels to Greenfield on Thursday.
