Cleveland shuts out Eastern Wayne

CLAYTON -- Cleveland had all the fun on Friday night en route to a 69-0 win over Eastern Wayne on the Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference football scene.
The Rams rolled to 55 points in the first half and tallied 558 yards of offense on the night.
Mitch Pike led Eastern Wayne offensively with five completions for 64 yards. The Warriors finished with zero net yards on the ground on 16 carries.
Eastern Wayne (2-4 overall, 0-2 ECC) has a bye week before traveling to Southern Wayne on Oct. 5.
