C.B. Aycock 14, Snow Hill 4, five innings

* PIKEVILLE -- Five different players collected two hits apiece for Charles B. Aycock in a 14-4, five-inning win over Snow Hill Post 94 on Tuesday evening.

Gregory Johnson led the Golden Falcons with two hits and five RBI. Garrett Joyner and Hunter Jones each provided two hits and two RBI. Justin Barbour and Adam Pate also had two hits. Pate stole three bases.

Bobby Hampton and Logan Brown each had a hit.

Hampton collected the win on the mound.

Aycock (3-1 overall) entertains Snow Hill on Thursday.

* Hiromi Sueki claimed low gross honors during first flight play on the Walnut Creek Country Club links. Evelyn Rose and Gaye Bryant took low net and low putts, respectively, in first flight.

Penny Ritt claimed low gross in second flight. Betty Holloway and Pete Reaves seized low net and low putts, respectively, in the same flight.
