East Carteret will not make the journey to Goldsboro today since administrative officials closed all Carteret County schools Thursday and today. Cougars head football coach and co-athletics director Eric Reid said a make-up date had not been announced. The teams agreed not to play Saturday or Monday due to the Labor Day weekend.
Everyone else ... let's play!
Eastern Wayne (1-1 overall), Southern Wayne (0-2), Charles B. Aycock (1-1), Spring Creek (0-2), North Lenoir (0-2) and Princeton (1-1) are all at home tonight.
North Duplin (0-2), Rosewood (1-1) and unbeaten James Kenan (2-0) are on the road.
