Team and individual results from the 2010 Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference swimming and diving championships contested Tuesday at the B.G. Darden Natatorium inside the Goldsboro Family Y. The top two placers in each event received all-conference honors, while the third- and fourth-place finishers earned honorable mention accolades.
