After claiming a 6-2, extra-inning victory in the completion of a suspended game on Wednesday afternoon, Kinston had its second contest with Wilmington ... you guessed it ... suspended.
Rain halted play with the game tied at 3-3 in the bottom of the seventh.
The teams will resume action at 5:05 today with the final game of the series immediately following.
Cirilo Cumberbatch's tie-breaking, grand slam in the 10th helped Kinston in the first game. Luis Perdomo threw a perfect 10th for his second win of the season.
