Warrior matmen pin Bulldogs

PRINCETON -- Eastern Wayne collected six pinfalls and benefited from four forfeits in a 60-21, non-conference victory Saturday morning against Princeton.
Josh Stevens (125 pounds), Detori Mitchell (135), Joey Burridge (145), Foy Coley (189), David Brown (215) and heavyweight Eric Stover each pinned their respective opponent.
Keith Broadie, Chris Martin, Oscar Suncin and Tyler Wicks each received a forfeit.
Brandon Baker (119) and Matt Wilkins (130) each notched a pinfall for the Bulldogs. Kyle Harmon (152) scored an 11-7 decision against Brian Lincoln, while teammate Gib Martin (103) drew a forfeit.
Eastern Wayne (5-1) returns to action Tuesday in a tri-match at Rosewood with Tarboro High. Match time is 5 p.m.
