Catie Fairchild was the lone champion for Wayne Christian and fifth-seed singles. Fairchild won her first match over Hillary Etheridge of Community 6-3, 7-6 after losing to Etheridge during regular season. Fairchild then went on to defeat Kate Palmer of Cresset, the top seed in the tournament, 6-2, 6-1.

Fourth-seeded Mary Elizabeth West had an easy first-match win over Kallie Hulse of Trinity-6-2, 6-1 and then suffered a heartbreaking loss in the finals to Whitney Hockensmith of Cresset 4-6, 5-7.

Sixth seed Stacie McCary also had a great showing, winning her first match 6-4, 6-2 over Jennie Hawkins of Trinity. She then fell to Hannah Gordon of Cresset 6-3, 6-1.

Third-seeded Bianca Wall upset Dava Rose in the first round with a 6-2, 6-4 victory. (Wall had fallen to Rose during regular season 2-6, 5-7.) Wall then fell in the finals to Elizabeth Pittman of Cresset 0-6, 1-6.

Top seed Jennica Botonis won her first match over Corinne Porowski of Trinity 7-6, 6-0 and then lost in the finals to Alex Lamm of Community 5-7, 5-7. It was the only loss for Botonis this year.

In doubles, second-seeded Bianca Wall and Mary West won the first round match over Rose/Etheridge of Community 6-3, 1-6, 6-1. Wall/West then fell in the finals to Burgess/Hockensmith (Cresset) 6-1, 1-6, 4-6 in a very hard-fought match.
