WILSON -- Visiting Southern Wayne captured the first set against Wilson Hunt on Thursday afternoon, but the Warriors rallied for a 13-25, 25-15, 25-23, 25-18 non-conference victory.
Brooke Wiggins led the Saints with four kills, two aces and six digs. Bridget Parvin contributed four kills and five digs.
"We have to learn to play as a team," Saints coach Brian Bandy said. "right now these girls don't trust each other to play the proper position on the floor, and it is killing this team.
"We need someone to step forward and be a positive floor leader. Until we do that, we will be lucky to win a game, much less a match."
Southern Wayne (2-8) heads to West Carteret next Tuesday.
