Ladies Golf
Kathy Woodard and Hanny Cornella emerged the "blind partners" of the week winners. Jewel Ivey claimed low gross, Pete Reaves earned low net and Gaye Bryant won low putts.
Betty Holloway took low putts in the fourth flight in an eastern league match at Kinston. Cornella won second low net in the third flight.
The next eastern league meet is scheduled for The Emerald in New Bern. Players must register by Aug. 31.

Ladies Golf
Pat Kendall seized low net and low putts in weekly play at Lane Tree.
Jeanette Sasser was the game of the week winner.
