Rosa L. Hill Williams, 71, Snow Hill, died Friday at Lenoir UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at St. James AME Zion Church. Burial will be in St. James AME Zion Church Cemetery, Snow Hill.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the church.
Arrangements are by S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home of Snow Hill.
