NANCY NORWOOD WILLARD

Nancy Norwood Willard passed away peacefully on Friday, March 23, 2018, in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the age of 88.
Nancy was born on July 22, 1929, in Goldsboro, N.C., to John and Mary Alice Norwood. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has since been a Carolina girl at heart. Nancy had a love for her family, the UNC Tar Heels and the City of Raleigh.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 7, at 10:30 a.m. at Historic Oakwood Cemetery. A memorial service will follow the graveside on Saturday at 11:30 am at Christ Episcopal Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Nancy's life.
