Shirley Arlene Funderburk Tubbs, 74, died Tuesday at UNC Health Care.
A graveside service will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
She was born in Richmond County on Dec. 31, 1943, to the late Andrew and Elizabeth Dabbs Funderburk. She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Charles Tubbs Jr.
She is survived by two sons; and two daughters.
Visitation is Wednesday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at her son Bobby's home.
