Pamela Anne Dow, 69, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, Jan. 14, 2018, at Wayne UNC Health Care in Goldsboro.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, Jan. 19, 2018, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Ms. Dow was born in New York Dec. 31, 1948, to Charles Peter Jacobi Sr. of Goldsboro and the late Olivia Rundle Jacobi.
She attended Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and was an avid bowler with the church league.
She was retired from Cherry Hospital in Goldsboro.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother, Charles Jacobi Jr. (Doris) of Newport; her sister, Barbara Gunder (Robert) of Indiana; her stepdaughter, Stacy Young (Kevin) of Florida; her nephew, Robert Charles Gunder (Colleen Barrett); her nieces, Leslie Gunder and Terri Parsons (Andrew); her great-nephew, Angel Ramirez; her great-niece, Caroline Schunk; four stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and her cousins in England and Australia.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Jeffrey Thomas Gunder.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
